About Anjali
Anjali is a deep tissue therapist working out of Koramangala, with 9 yrs behind her. She takes sessions of 60 · 90 min, at your home or in one of our Bangalore studios, seven days a week. Works slowly and checks the pressure often, say when it is too much.
Slow, firm pressure held on one band of muscle until it releases, rather than broad strokes across the whole body. It can be uncomfortable while the therapist is working and you may ache for a day afterwards, so say where it hurts and say when it is too much. The pressure is yours to set.
People book Anjali for stubborn knots, long-held tightness and desk and driving posture. If you are not sure whether this is the right treatment, describe the problem rather than the treatment when you book (a stiff neck, a bad week, a marathon on Sunday) and we will match you to a therapist rather than sell you the longest session. You set the pressure, and you can change your mind about it at any point in the hour without anybody minding.
A session with her starts with a short conversation rather than a form: what hurts, what you have already tried, and what you want out of the hour. From there the pressure, the pace and the areas worked on are yours to set, and she will check in rather than assume. You stay covered by a sheet from beginning to end, with only the area being worked on uncovered at any point. In studio the room is kept warm and is cleaned between every client; at home she brings everything the session needs, so the room you use goes back to normal the moment she leaves.
Like every EropSpa therapist, Anjali holds a recognised massage-therapy certification, is police-verified, and worked under a senior therapist for her first three months with us. You can ask to see credentials at any time. At-home sessions include the table, linen and oils, so you need nothing but a clear space about two metres square. Sessions are strictly professional and are offered to clients aged 18 and over. Tell us about injuries, allergies or pregnancy when you book, and cancel or reschedule free of charge up to four hours before your slot.
