What is deep tissue massage?
Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle, where stubborn knots and long-held tension sit. It is slower than a relaxing massage, and the therapist works on one area at a time rather than gliding over the whole body.
It can feel intense in places, and that is normal, but it should never be painful. Your therapist checks the pressure as they go, so say straight away if it is too much.

Electronic City, off Hosur Road, is one of Bangalore's biggest IT hubs, with campuses across Phase 1 and Phase 2 and big apartment communities around them, from the M5 Mall side to Neeladri Nagar and Doddathogur. How long, and how often?
Deep tissue sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes on our menu; for deep tissue we suggest 60 minutes for a first session and 90 minutes when there is a lot of tension. Some people book every few weeks to keep tension from building up again. Your therapist can suggest what suits you.
Drink water afterwards and take it easy that evening. A little tenderness the next day can be normal after deep work.
