These terms cover using this website and booking a session through it. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call +91 96867 66006 and ask.

  1. Who these terms are between

    They are between you and EropSpa of Bangalore.

    TODO. The registered entity name and address go here before launch.

  2. You must be 18 or over

    This service is offered only to people aged 18 and above. The notice you saw when you arrived is not a formality.

  3. A booking request is not a booking

    Sending the form on this site creates a request. It becomes a booking when somebody from the desk has spoken to you and agreed the therapist, the time and the address. Until then nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.

  4. What the service is

    Non-medical, therapeutic massage, as set out on our disclaimer page. Read that page. It is part of these terms.

    • Sessions are strictly professional.
    • Any request of a non-therapeutic nature ends the session immediately and without refund.
    • A therapist may decline or stop a session if they judge it unsafe or inappropriate, and is not required to explain further.

  5. Prices

    Prices and durations on this site are indicative and may change. The price you are told when your booking is confirmed is the price that applies. Cancellation and deposit terms are on the refund page.

  6. If you have an account

    • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
    • Give us details that are true. The phone number in particular, because it is how the desk reaches you.
    • We may suspend or remove an account that is used to abuse staff, to make false bookings, or to attack this site.
    • You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

  7. Using this website

    • Do not attempt to break into, overload or probe this site.
    • Do not scrape it or republish its content as your own.
    • The text, photographs and design on this site belong to EropSpa or are licensed to us.

  8. What we do not promise

    We do not promise that the site is always available or always free of error. We do not promise a specific therapist unless the desk has agreed one with you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  9. Changes

    We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they were last changed. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones published when the booking was confirmed.

  10. Which law applies

    The law of India, and the courts of Bangalore.
