Refund policy
Short version: this site takes no money. There is nothing to refund at the point of booking, because nothing has been charged.

Nothing is charged online
The booking form on this site collects a request. It asks for no card details, takes no deposit and charges nothing. Payment is settled with the therapist or the desk around the session itself.

What you are never charged for
- No booking fee, on any treatment, at any time.
- No deposit on a single session.
- No travel charge inside our 13 Bangalore neighbourhoods.

When a deposit is taken
A deposit is taken on couples rooms and on bookings of three or more people, because those hold a room and more than one therapist.
- Cancel more than four hours before the session and any deposit is returned in full.
- Inside four hours, or a no-show, is charged at 50% of the session price and a deposit is applied against that.

Cancelling
Cancel more than four hours ahead and there is no charge at all. Inside four hours, or if nobody is there when the therapist arrives, the session is charged at 50%.
To cancel, call +91 96867 66006 and quote your reference. There is no cancel button on this site, cancelling by phone is faster and it lets the desk offer the slot to somebody else.

If a session goes wrong
If a therapist does not arrive, or a session is cut short by us, you are not charged. If something went wrong and you are out of pocket, call +91 96867 66006 or write to care@eropspa.com and a person will deal with it.
